Our client, a major account in this sector, specialises in long-term vehicle leasing and new mobility solutions. It offers car leasing services to independent companies, SMEs, large international groups and public bodies in order to outsource the risks linked to the management of their car fleet.
The challenges for the players in this competitive market with more than 200 international players are to broaden the customer targets, enrich the rental financing offers, develop the ecosystem of partners and support customers in their ecological transition.
To excel in this market, players must have a high-performance information system that enables them to manage their activities based on relevant key indicators such as
- The number of vehicles put into circulation under long-term rental contracts
- The average duration of leasing contracts
- Prices for rental services
- Returns of used vehicles to leasing companies

In order to make the right business decisions, our client has embarked on a process of Observability of its 95 most critical business applications.
To achieve this, the existing solutions were coupled and their data correlated and analysed. The scope covers the following solutions:
- Centreon, for infrastructure monitoring,
- SCOM, for performance monitoring and system events,
- Dynatrace, for end-to-end application performance monitoring,
- Splunk IT Service Intelligence, for global monitoring of services in different technology areas.
Proposal
In order to meet its client's needs as closely as possible, ITS Services has made its expertise available to :
- Configure the Dynatrace solutionfor end-to-end monitoring,
- Capture relevant business indicators throughout user transactions,
- Create activity control dashboards, in close collaboration with the business lines,
- Transferring skills to the client's technical teams,
- Select and make available Dynatrace data to feed the Splunk ITSI solution
