The city of Hazebrouck is a French municipality of 22,000 inhabitants, located in Flanders, in the Nord department, in the Hauts-de-France region. Within the IT department of the Hazebrouck town hall, Ludovic David is responsible for the management of users and their supports.
The local authority chose PushManager,ITS Ibelem's EMM solution, to manage the mobile fleet of 250 of their agents, including tablets and phones.
A time-saving solution to remotely block mobiles
The community has been equipped with PushManager since January 1, 2020.
Before adopting the PushManager solution, Ludovic David explains that they did not have a tool that allowed them to manage their entire fleet. Each phone or tablet was managed manually by his teams.
The need to centralize and secure their tablets, but also to be able to easily install business applications on each of them has become, little by little, necessary.
The business application is thus added in APK and is directly deployed on the concerned terminals:
