We are pleased to announce thatITS Integra and ITS Services have had their ISO 9001-14001 certifications maintained by the certification body AFNOR.
Acquired several years ago, the ISO 9001 certification attests to the performance and efficiency of our businesses, whose aim is to provide the best quality of service to our customers. This certification rewards management's ambition to meet the satisfaction of our customers in our various business lines, in particular :
- for ITS Integra, hosting, Cloud services and outsourcing solutions that are controlled, monitored and meet contractual and legal requirements.
- for ITS Services through its business processes "Consulting and Pre-sales", "Agile Sourcing", "Transition and Transformation" and "Operations Control" in an agile IT operations transformation approach.
ISO 14001 certification was also maintained for ITS Group on the same scope. These certifications testify to our commitment for several years now to adopt a continuous improvement approach to quality and the environment.
