The software development teams atITS Eugena, part of ITS Group, are starting to implement AI-based functionalities (LLM engines in general and OpenAI in particular) in their customers' business applications. For the time being, this work remains exploratory: APIs, plugins and functionalities are being added on a weekly basis... Strategically, it seems that efforts should focus on :
- assessment of the quality of data already available, in order to project achievable expectations and, if necessary, take action to acquire/improve/clean/anonymize data
- integration into current applications to provide real added value and ergonomic comfort for workers, and to enhance or, in some cases, even rehumanize their tasks.
