ITS Integra meets PULSALYS' expectations. The ultra-secure multi-Cloud operator and outsourcer provides a robust IT infrastructure adapted to its expectations and specificities.
Created in December 2013, as part of the Programme d'Investissements d'Avenir (PIA), under the status of Société d'Accélération du Transfert de Technologies (SATT), the PULSALYS gas pedal and incubator has become a key player in the Deep Tech sector in Lyon and Saint-Étienne. Bringing together disruptive innovations from research laboratories and the world of entrepreneurship, PULSALYS supports dozens of startups. As a result, it contributes to the attractiveness and development of the region.
To carry out its missions, PULSALYS had to rely on a high-performance and highly secure IS. The infrastructure, applications and data are considered strategic. This led the management to look for a specialized service provider capable of supporting the needs that could evolve over time.
After a study of market offers, PULSALYS chose ITS Integra to take charge of these aspects. In addition, it also entrusted ITS Integra with the management of a fleet of 20 servers on which business applications, databases, websites and intranets are hosted. This is therefore a central part of the IS, which must remain secure and in operational condition at all times. ITS Integra is also in charge of the nomadic VPN used by PULSALYS employees.
Cybersecurity, an essential criterion
In order to offer all its stakeholders a high level of security, PULSALYS has more recently subscribed to ITS Integra's fully managed SOC solution, called SOCTrust.
It allows to detect abnormal behaviors, even via weak signals, and therefore to be able to act proactively in case of a cyber attack attempt. The SOC is indeed particularly relevant to protect against unknown threats ("Zero day"). This system has already enabled PULSALYS to avoid an attack and to take the necessary measures to avoid being impacted. Satisfied with the collaboration, the gas pedal and incubator is studying possible new projects that could be carried out with ITS Integra. Projects at the service of innovation to boost competitiveness in many fields (cleantech, health, chemistry, digital, social, etc.).
