As part of its transformation, to meet the high expectations of its business units (BUs) in terms of security and resilience of their IS, our client has set up a transverse structure in charge of the DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) of critical applications and business continuity of BUs.
Our client's challenges are to ensure business continuity in the face of major events that could render the information systems unavailable. The role of the DRP team is to prepare for these situations by developing a disaster recovery plan and conducting regular tests. However, the acceleration of digitalization makes the need for continuity paramount. The identification of related risks and their mitigation must complement the protection arsenal already in place.
