Today, what is your vision of the Banking & Finance sector?
Banks and financial institutions are currently facing a real revolution which is leading the sector to face major challenges, particularly with regard to regulatory compliance and infrastructure cloudification .
As an essential support for digital transformation, Infrastructure & Operations is evolving at the pace of technological innovation and creative use. Detecting the right profiles and developing them in this sector is our priority.
How do you ensure good strategic guidance and a good customer relationship?
I work in the Banking and Finance Business Unit (BU) which is a major BU of ITS Services; it is the historical BU where we have the pleasure of accompanying and having the confidence of our customers since the genesis of ITS Group in 1997; it relies on the expertise of more than 200 consultants on mission.
We are referenced in the first list of almost all of the major banking groups that we support throughout France. This presence allows us to establish correspondences between the different transformation strategies of one or the other.
The size of the BU and the internal organisation enabled me to understand these issues and to win multi-year projects or packages that give another dimension to customer relations.
The business stakes of your clients are high, what do you like about being a Key Account Manager?
What interests me most in my job is to help my clients improve their performance in order to create value for their businesses, teams and work environment in the face of increasingly fierce competition. It is important for me to be in phase with market innovations. Client projects are not without risks, and I like to resolve misunderstandings and bring a win-win solution.
What is your greatest professional achievement?
My greatest professional achievement is to have significantly developed a strategic key account for ITS Services. Also to have established strong relationships with my key clients. The essential ingredients for business success are, for me, good team cohesion and the confidence my clients have in ITS Services' know-how.
