ITS Integra, Infogérant et Opérateur multi-Cloud, becomes a partner of the IT JUNIOR association. The aim of the association is to help students gain experience in the IT professions.
The association IT JUNIOR created in August 2021 by Bastien Languedoc, aims to provide practical courses to students, through company cases. It also provides placements for trainees and alternates. For this purpose, it regularly seeks donations of equipment for the exercises.
As an IT company, ITS Integra wants to contribute to this action. It wants to help students find their first job, thanks to the experience they have acquired.
As a young person I had difficulties in finding internships in the IT field because companies required work experience. Today, I want to help young people because I would have liked to be helped at that time. So I had the idea to create an association related to my field of activity, IT, to help young people to gain experience and accompany them in their search for internships.

Our partnership with IT JUNIOR
ITS Integra, a multi-cloud operator and IT service provider, is supporting the IT JUNIOR association. In order to make its contribution, ITS Integra provides computer equipment and welcomes trainees and work-study students, in order to train them in the company's activities.
This partnership is also beneficial for ITS Integra, which has the opportunity to welcome young people who are quickly operational on various assignments. For many years now, young work-study students have made a significant contribution to innovation at ITS Integra (AI applied to our businesses, automation, etc.). They are placed under the supervision of two manager-trainers, who like to present them with new challenges.
We had called on Bastien's skills on a specific mission and immediately liked his idea of association when he told us about it. Therefore, we wanted to contribute in our own way to its success. It is important to help our young future experts to prepare for their arrival in the world of work in the best way possible after their studies. The IT JUNIOR association is a real boost for students in the IT field. Thanks to it, they benefit from a better orientation on the specialisations and from a solid experience acquired beforehand.
