ITS Group, ESN specialized in the acceleration of digital transformation, has recorded a dynamic activity in the first half of 2022. Indeed, the consolidated turnover for this semester reaches 83.5 million euros, i.e. a growth of +17%, as published compared to the previous year.

Growth driven by all the group's activities and regions
Consolidated revenues increased by 17%, of which nearly 12% was organic. All of the group's businesses grew, with particularly strong performances in consulting and cybersecurity.
Services: in general, the number of productive staff is stable over the first half of 2022 in outsourcing (excluding external growth) and is increasing in niche businesses (mobility, consulting, cyber security). The use of freelancers is accelerating and supporting growth. At the same time, activity rates are at historically high levels, and average working hours continue to rise.
Hosting: At the end of 2021, a number of contracts have been signed, and half-year revenues are up on N-1 and in line with the budget for the year.
Results of operations
With regard to consolidated operating income, all the Group's entities are up on the first half of 2021 and have very good operating indicators. The structural costs are significantly higher due to the combined effect of growth investments, external growth operations and the end of short-time working allowances which had reduced them in N-1.
In the pursuit of its external growth, ITS Group confirmed at the beginning of October, the acquisition of the company Youzou, a consulting and engineering company specialized in Microsoft solutions, mobility and cybersecurity.
