After the integration of the IT network specialist AMD Conseil in the spring of 2021, ITS Group is continuing its development and has announced the takeover of the Networks & Operational Cybersecurity activity of the Lyon-based ESN, HIUMA.
ITS Services, an entity of ITS Group, has been developing real expertise for more than 20 years in order to support its major customers in the management and development of their IT infrastructures and operations. In addition, the know-how in securing these infrastructures and applications developed over the last 7 years in its Lyon branch has strengthened this positioning with the local acquisition of Hiuma's Networks & Cybersecurity activities.
Very much imbued with the values of rugby, it was essential for me that our activity be taken over by a local player sharing the same values, which I found in Florian and his teams. For my consultants, ITS Services offers new professional perspectives which will certainly allow them to develop professionally and personally. This consolidation also offers the opportunity for our current clients to benefit from a broader support in their digital transformation.
