[Success Story] New major success for ITS Services in the field of IT Operations with a leader in the transport sector

ITS Services provides and operates two new Ops Competence Centres which reinforce its client in its digital transformation trajectory and its mutation towards an organisation resolutely oriented towards agility.

Context & issues

For many years ITS Services has been providing its know-how and resources to this major customer in engineering and expertise in the field of IT infrastructure & operations as well as the Digital Workplace.

As part of a vast transformation programme centred on agility, this client is transforming its IT organisation around the DevOps approach.

Convinced by the performance of the first OPS Competence Centre entrusted to ITS Services, our client has renewed its confidence in us for the implementation of two new Competence Centres closer to the Business IT departments and which directly integrate DevOps experts within the project platforms.

There are many issues at stake:

  • Modernising and securing information systems by making operations more flexible and reliable at all levels of the application life cycle
  • Implementing a multi-location organisation in order to benefit from the advantages of an agile mode of operation at scale for the benefit of business processes

    Agile resource management

    The performance of the OPS Competence Centres is based on the expertise of its DevOps consultants. In a framework of agility at scale, the provision of resources must also be agile. ITS Services' Agile Sourcing process, certified ISO9001, has won the confidence of our client for :
