ITS Group joins the "Working with Cancer" movement, to end the taboo of workplace illness

To this day, 1 employee out of 2 does not dare to talk about his cancer in the company. The fear of losing their job is often the reason for this silence. However, 92% of them believe that the support they receive can have a positive impact on their health. This is why this situation is no longer acceptable in the workplace.

In April 2022, Arthur Sadoun, Chairman of Publicis Groupe, publicly announced his illness and has since launched the #WorkingWithCancer movement with the goal of eradicating the stigma of cancer in the workplace.

Today, we are proud to announce that ITS Group is supporting the fight against cancer by joining the Working With Cancer collective. We are committed to caring for our employees and enabling them to give their best. To do so, we will continue to develop a culture of solidarity, ensuring the well-being of all our employees.
