The independent ESN announced a net turnover of 138.2 million euros in 2020, despite an extraordinary economic context. In 2021, it intends to accelerate its recruitment policy and strengthen its CSR strategy.
The group headed by Jean-Michel Bénard has managed to get through an eventful year in 2020, thanks in particular to the results of ITS Services, as well as the financial support of the State. ITS Group has maintained its profitability, its operating result being established at 5.4M€, at the same level as the previous year.
Ready to continue its expansion, ITS Group is betting on a return to growth in 2021 and is going to hire more than 280 engineers to support the digital transformation of French companies. ITS Group is counting on its corporate culture and its great managerial stability in high tension professions.
ITS Group has ratified the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact based on 4 themes: human rights, international labour standards, environmental protection and the fight against corruption. Its ESG policy takes the form of actions promoting diversity, the fight against all forms of discrimination, career development, managerial proximity, well-being and quality of life at work.
Although 2020 was an extremely complicated year, it ended favourably. The imperative of digital transformation of companies is still as strong as ever and ITS Group has put itself in the best position to accompany them this year. »
