As part of its commitment to the employment and inclusion of people with disabilities, ITS Group and its entities are participating for the first time this year in the DuoDay operation which will take place on Thursday 17 November 2022.
A real highlight of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, DuoDay aims to optimize the integration of people with disabilities into the world of work, supported in France by the Secretary of State for People with Disabilities.
The principle
For one day, a person with a disability works in a duo with one of the group's employees, immersing him or herself in the daily professional life of the group.
Composition of the duo
The candidates
People with disabilities from the university system, in retraining or working in an ESAT (Etablissements ou services d'aide par le travail).
The sponsors
An employee of ITS Group or of an entity, who will show the candidate a typical day at work.
