ITS Group announces the acquisition of AMD Conseil, a company specialising in information technology and application and network performance management.
AMD Conseil (amd-conseil.fr) works with major accounts as a high value-added infrastructure specialist, with extensive expertise in networks and application performance management (APM/NPM), as well as in the maintenance and evolution of critical systems for major banking accounts and market (seemetric.fr).
Founded in 1995 and based in Paris, the company, which employs around 100 people, achieved a turnover of almost €12.047 million in 2020 and remains profitable.
The AMD Conseil teams will join the group's headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt in 2022. They will operate within ITS Services, an entity of ITS Group which already has nearly 1,000 employees, but also within ITS Eugena, the entity specialising in digital performance improvement, which will host the developers of AMD Conseil.
Focused on agile transformation and the management of Infrastructures and Operations, ITS Services completes its very strong system skills with the network know-how of AMD Conseil.
This acquisition reinforces ITS Group's expertise in all the technological components of IT infrastructures and thus strategically consolidates its service offer in a very dynamic market.
AMD Conseil will also actively collaborate with the other entities of the ITS Integra group, ITS Ibelem, BlueTrusty and Thémis Conseil.
The acquisition of AMD Conseil fits perfectly with ITS Group's strategy, which aims to accelerate its development on its strategic activities with high added value, while maintaining an agile management close to its employees.
