CT/CA website securing VMware licences, VMWare environment

Context: CHOREGIE wanted to secure sensitive website servers as well as partner servers (off production websites) to increase availability rates.

Challenges: Service availability with managed downtimes, resuming uptime within 4 hours in the event of overall failure of remote Information System (system-wide outage).

Goals:

  • Designing the security solution:
  • Deploying the solution in a sandbox environment;
  • Preparing industrialization (deployment of solution on websites).

Backup and recovery solution. Environment: VMware Vsphere 4
Environment: Vsphere 4 - 17 ESX servers (34 physical CPUs).
Our teams worked on technical assistance:

  • Product maintenance and support for a period of 3 years, 5 days a week, between 6 am and 6 pm;
  • Creation of an architecture workshop on the targeted solution (modelling environment);
  • Preparation of documents for the installation, operation, architecture and validation of the solution within the environment to be deployed at DANONE;
  • Implementation of the solution and provision of hotline support for an estimated period of 2 weeks.
