The pedagogical model proposed by EPITECH enables students to acquire theoretical notions and practical skills simultaneously in a context that resembles that of a corporation, thus facilitating their integration into a professional environment.

Our relationship with the college enables us to hold workshops on different topics, organise conferences and give lectures.

All the students from EPITECH that have joined our teams have proved their abilities ina range of areas and activities, and when confronted with new scenarios.

IN’TECH INFO belongs to the ESIEA group and is known for:

  • Following a semester-based programme that enables two annual enrolments: one in September and the other in March;
  • Using a project-orientated approach each semester, based on the simultaneous acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills;
  • Implementing an internship phase that takes place from semesters 7 to 10, allowing students to spend up to 75% of their time in the workplace and thus have an opportunity to be assigned significant tasks.

Since 2007, ITS Group has developed an official partnership with this college that results in:

  • Strong participation of ITS Group in the teaching approach of the college (coaching students, participating in selection boards, directing industrial and research projects and teaching an eight-day course on virtualisation);
  • Student internships with ITS Group and recruitment of graduates by ITS Group

With these initiatives, ITS Group seeks to develop a long-term relationship with IN’TECH INFO, based on a true cooperation agreement that includes regular exchanges with teaching staff and students, favouring the gradual integration of young engineers into various parts of the company.
